Natural Fitness 704 has four online courses, suitable for varying degrees of fitness levels: Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, and Athlete.
Each fitness training course is three months long, with each month having a different cycle of exercise videos building upon the month before (Cycle A, B, and C). Also included in each course is a beginning assessment, weekly workout planner, clean eating meal plan, grocery list to take to the market with you, and worksheets for each cycle.
Each week you will receive email encouragement from Sara, according to the course level chosen.

Each course has four tiers of involvement, to tailor the experience to your goals. You choose the amount of personal attention you want from Natural Fitness 704.
Tier 1:
Access to the exercises in the video library that corresponds to your fitness program, & a measurement chart to track your progress.
This tier has you follow the online course on your own, without additional access to the Natural fitness 704 team of trainers.
Tier 2:
Access to the exercises in the video library that corresponds to your fitness program, & a measurement chart to track your progress.
Plus an introductory Google Meet up to 1 hour to discuss questions or concerns with our Trainers.
Tier 3:
Access to the exercises in the video library that corresponds to your fitness program,& a measurement chart to track your progress.
Plus an introductory Google Meet up to 1 hour to discuss questions or concerns with our Trainers.
Unlimited email communications to help you get the most from your fitness program.
Tier 4:
Access to the exercises in the video library that corresponds to your fitness program, & a measurement chart to track your progress.
Google Meet at the beginning of each cycle to go over any questions or concerns you may have with our Trainers.

Beginner
(level 1)
This is for the individual who has little to no experience with exercise or physical activity.
It would also benefit those that have been ill or recovering from an injury.
These cycles focus on preparing the body for physical activity, body awareness, and movement control.
Equipment is not needed for any of the cycles.
The cycles are designed for you to use them as stepping stones to move from one onto the next, and then hopefully onto the next level of fitness.
novice
(level 2)
If you have a little knowledge of what to do, but it has been a while since you have consistently worked out, this is the one for you!
This is for the individual who has been involved with fitness, but it has either been only for a short while, or perhaps it has been since your youth.
These cycles are designed for you to be able to start at a lower fitness level and gain strength, endurance, flexibility, and body awareness.
This level has been designed for you to learn your movement patterns and to build a solid foundation for your fitness journey. Each cycle will challenge you to focus on the core fundamentals of fitness: strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance, and mental well being.
Perhaps you were on a sports team as a kid or teenager and it has been a while since you have dedicated time for your fitness.
Maybe you have had health issues or injuries that have kept you on the sidelines for a year or more and you have been cleared by your medical team to start working out again, this Level would be for you.
intermediate
(level 3)
Level 3 is for the person who has been working out regularly for at least 3 or more months.
Cycles for this level are a bit more advanced and incorporate full-body workouts that focus on functional movement and mobility, interval training, and asymmetrical training.
All of these levels will challenge you to focus on your core as well as your strengths and weaknesses.
If you have not completed Natural Fitness’s first two online training levels, Beginner or Novice, Sara suggests chatting with us via e-mail before purchasing, though this is not required.
Sara will discuss your current fitness level with you and guide you on the level that you both feel would be appropriate.
Athlete (level 4)
This level is designed for the people who take their fitness seriously and are committed to do this type of work to enhance their performance, prevent injury, and to learn how to recover for their sport/activity properly.
This level is tailored to the individual, their sport, areas of desired improvement, and any previous injuries we are working with.
These cycles are rather intense, tailored to a higher level of athleticism. This course can only be purchased after having a consult with Sara or one of our trainers.
